Define: The position responsibilities and requirements along with organizational needs & cultural dynamics.  
Research: Thorough analysis of competitive landscape to create a long list of target candidates and sources with a focus on identify diversity candidates 
Connect: Direct one-to-one outreach to target candidates and sources to gauge interest and suitability for the role. 
Interview: In-depth candidate interviews and presenting of short list of candidates 
Select: Facilitate client/candidate interviews, finalist reference checks, and offer negotiations.  
Transition: Assist in candidate on-boarding process, identify any potential issues, and provide periodic follow up throughout the first year.
